We're seeking a quality-focused Responsible Gaming Governance Product Officer to ensure our Responsible Gaming product delivers across three critical areas: protecting players from harm, meeting regulatory requirements, and creating experiences players trust and feel supported by.

This role is part of a strategic initiative to implement a new compliance and responsible gaming product across multiple regulated markets. As the RG Governance Product Officer, you'll be at the forefront of one of the most important initiatives at FDJ United today. Your focus will be helping to deliver this transformational project to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Head of Responsible Gaming OBG, you'll define and translate RG governance, compliance and business needs into RG product requirements; refining detection rules, enhancing intervention design, and exploring proactive harm prevention features. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Data, Operations and Commercial teams.

This role will be a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

RG Product Implementation

  • Provide RG expertise across the end-to-end rollout of the detection and intervention system, including definition of requirements, system calibration, output validation, and enhancement implementation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation as the single source of truth for system configuration and performance across all markets
  • Drive cross-market alignment while respecting market-specific adjustments.

RG Product Quality Assurance

  • Serve as the point of reference for business stakeholders on system performance and quality
  • Own and proactively define the System QA framework across markets, including calibration checks, performance monitoring, stakeholder feedback, and identification of system improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous optimisation by assessing system effectiveness from both an RG and wider stakeholder perspective, ensuring the right metrics, insights, and controls are in place to demonstrate performance.

Business Optimization & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on system enhancements that strengthen both player protection and business value.
  • Build internal trust through educational sessions and clear communication on how the system works. Help stakeholders access and understand the data they need on system performance.

Experience:

Required

  • At least 3 years of RG experience in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of RG detection systems and player intervention workflows.

Beneficial

  • Genuine passion for both player protection and customer experience
  • Strong cross-stakeholder collaboration skills and ability to navigate diverse perspectives.
  • Comfortable delivering training and building stakeholder understanding.
  • Strategic analytical thinking; ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
  • Meticulous approach to documenting.
  • Solution-oriented, self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.

We believe talent knows no boundaries. Our hiring process focuses solely on your skills, experience, and potential to contribute to our team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and evaluate each candidate based on merit, regardless of personal characteristics as the age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity or disability.
