Main Responsibilities

• Maintain Kindred platform and driving all changes through automation.

• Provide user support to engineering teams.

• Understand requirements and project KPIs.

• Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure.

• Set up tools and required infrastructure.

• Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.

• Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.

• Incident management and root cause analysis.

• Support, develop, and deliver a platform to the organization that follows DevOps principles.

• Support the team in the company CCoE and help implement controls and operational best practice for cloud users.

• Keep up to date with compliance training offered by the company.

• Support and act in line with the company values. 

• Share knowledge and contribute to team's documentation.

• Collaborate to achieve common goals.

• Follow the company processes, procedures, and methodologies.

Skills and Requirements 

• Broad Infrastructure background.

• Ability to drive new technical projects & solutions with strong autonomy.

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools.

• Knowledge in online 24/7 Enterprise platform.

• Skills to review, verify, and validate software code.

• Understand Linux/Unix in general.

• Understand containerized applications and container orchestration tools.

• Experience within open source and appliance products.

• Understand how to work with large scale production systems and technologies.

• Software developer mindset, troubleshooting techniques, and solving problems through repeatable and testable automation.

• Understand both public and private cloud systems and services.

• Experience within shell scripting and programming language.

• Verbal and written communication skills.
