Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven back-end developer to join our growing team of talented engineers. You'll be working on our global racing product, a microservice-based distributed system that is in use round the clock all over the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build new C# RESTful Web APIs and microservices
- Maintain and enhance existing C# RESTful Web APIs and microservices
- Continuously add to suite of unit, integration and acceptance tests
NOTE: CODING TEST IS A MANDATORY STEP IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
Essential skills & required experience:
- Strong C# with IoC/DI
- Web API, REST (.Net framework, ASP.Net Core)
- Micro-services
- Unit Testing & mocking frameworks (nunit, Moq, NSubstitute or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL (SQL Server 2012+/ Oracle / Postgres)
Desirable skills & experience:
- Event Driven Architecture & messaging (Solace, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, MSMQ)
- Distributed caching (Redis, Memcached, Couchbase)
- ORM experience (EF6, EF Core, NHibernate or similar)
- CI/CD - Continuous Delivery (Git, Jira, Jenkins, Teamcity, Octopus)
- Exposure to high-traffic / distributed software systems
- Docker, Kubernetes or similar
- .NET core
- Exposure to SOA design and maintenance
- AWS, Azure
